About the Role:
Step into a key role as a Senior Scrum Master, where you'll engage in advanced technology projects and play a significant part in achieving team objectives. Your contributions will drive the success of our IT initiatives and enhance our organizational capabilities.

  • 9+ years of experience in IT industry with 4+ years as Scrum Master in a SAFe environment or similar role within an agile environment. Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
  • Technical awareness with good domain knowledge
  • Enable Agile delivery while leveraging Generative AI to improve team efficiency, quality, and decision‑making.
  • Act as a servant leader, Agile coach, and GenAI adoption catalyst for Scrum teams.Good facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Hands‑on exposure to GenAI platforms (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, internal LLMs).
  • Expertly crafts structured and purposeful prompts using AI tools,  defining objectives, constraints, audience, and output format
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge in JIRA tool and metrics tracking.
  • An understanding of the phases of software delivery (SDLC)
  • Ability to motivate teams
  • Ability to think beyond day-to-day activities and apply system thinking An agile mindset
  • Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices
