Title: Senior Scrum MasterPAR is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join the team, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Application Development. PAR is an international, fast-paced, high-growth organization with a cloud-first, SaaS-centric technology stack and a limited on-prem footprint.

The Senior Scrum Master is a critical member of the team who will help maximize the value of the Salesforce platform by removing obstacles that hinder team progress. In partnership with Product Management, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce Administrators, and QA teams to facilitate all Scrum events and ensure strong collaboration across team members. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career and work cross-functionally within a company that is rapidly expanding its Salesforce platform.

Scrum Master certification
5+ years of experience managing multiple Agile teams in a Scrum Master role
Experience transforming novice teams into mature Agile teams
Experience working within a formal Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) environment
Microsoft DevOps experience
Experience working with Salesforce development teams
Experience working in a SaaS technology company or other fast-paced, high-growth environment
