The Cyber Security Engineering Privileged Access Management team are looking for an independent, pro-active individual who is committed to making an important contribution, to deploy, configure, and maintain PAM platforms to protect privileged accounts and secrets across enterprise infrastructures and cloud services. As a Senior Security Engineer, you’ll focus on onboarding, operations, automation, and integrations under established architecture and standards. This role requires a strong focus on automation and reducing manual onboarding effort.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and support core PAM features: account discovery/onboarding, credential rotation, policy configuration, and session management.
- Implement platform maintenance (patching, backups, DR testing), health checks, and performance monitoring; triage incidents and service requests.
- Integrate PAM with AD/EntraID, IDPs, ticketing/ITSM, CSPM, SIEM/SOAR, DevOps tooling (CI/CD), assist with workflows and approvals for elevated access.
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell/Python) and REST API integrations to scale onboarding and reduce manual effort.
- Produce and maintain documentation: runbooks, SOPs, configuration baselines, and knowledge articles; supply compliance evidence.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure consistent controls and smooth deployments across environments.
Hands-on experience operating at least one leading PAM platform (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, One Identity).
Proven understanding of Windows/Linux administration, AD/EntraID, networking and database basics, TLS/PKI, and identity integrations.
Scripting proficiency (PowerShell/Python) and familiarity with APIs; exposure to Terraform/Cloud automation is a plus.
Practical experience in enterprise support: troubleshooting, change management, and documenting fixes/runbooks.
Additional desired capabilitiesExposure to endpoint privilege management, JIT access, secrets management for CI/CD, and container/Kubernetes integrations.
Basic familiarity with SIEM tooling and alerting; security certifications or vendor badges are beneficial.
