Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using Python and .NET to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions.
- Automate routine tasks and workflows through PowerShell scripting to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage job scheduling and dependencies using Autosys to ensure smooth, uninterrupted processing.
- Collaborate with team members using Git for version control, supporting clean and coordinated code delivery.
- Design, implement, and optimize database solutions with Sybase to support application performance.
- Deploy and manage applications across AWS cloud and virtual machine infrastructure.
- Work with OpenShift to manage containerized applications and orchestration.
- Support the QA cycle to help ensure application quality before release.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability.
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of total experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Python, C#, and Java programming languages.
- Hands-on expertise with .NET and Java frameworks for application development.
- Practical knowledge of PowerShell scripting for task automation.
- Experience managing job scheduling and dependencies with Autosys.
- Proficiency with Git for version control in a collaborative development environment.
- Skilled in designing and optimizing database solutions using Sybase.
- Working knowledge of OpenShift and virtual machine infrastructure for container orchestration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for investigating and resolving technical issues.
