- Automate security controls in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) — SAST, DAST, IaC, OSS scanning.
- Remediate cloud misconfigurations at scale using CSPM tools (e.g., Stacklet).
- Design & enforce AWS IAM governance, least-privilege, and key/secrets rotation.
- Define/enforce Kubernetes & container security baselines (OPA/Kyverno, runtime policies).
- Implement observability with security log ingestion and monitoring (SumoLogic).
- Conduct threat modeling and ensure outputs feed into engineering backlogs.
- Create security playbooks, standards, and automation frameworks to scale practices.
- Mentor engineers & advocate for security-by-design across teams.
- 5-7 yrs of experience in Dev Sec Ops
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud security (IAM, KMS, Key Vaults, CSPM).
- Proven CI/CD security integration (SAST, DAST, IaC scans in pipelines).
- Hands-on with secrets/key management automation.
- Practical experience in vulnerability management (Snyk, TruffleHog).
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks desirable (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2).
- Expertise in Kubernetes/container security (OPA, Kyverno, runtime hardening).
- Track record of building automated security frameworks in engineering orgs.
