Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Software Developer to join our Technical Services team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining internal delivery tools that enhance staff productivity. Delivery tools include plugins to proxy applications like Burp, internal knowledge bases, tools used for threat modeling & penetration test planning, pentest automation utilities, reporting automation utilities, etc.
You will also be responsible for managing server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and overseeing tool licensing and deployment. This is a hands-on role that blends software engineering with infrastructure management, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using React, Django, Python, Java, and SQL.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support scalable and secure integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact internal tools.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Explore and integrate AI/ML capabilities and LLM-based bots to enhance tool intelligence and automation.
Server & Infrastructure Management
- Manage and monitor Windows VMs, GCP environments, and Kubernetes pods.
- Handle performance tuning, server provisioning, and infrastructure scaling.
- Administer tool licensing and ensure compliance with software usage policies.
- Maintain and configure GitLab/GitHub, Jira, and other DevOps tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in:
- React, Django, Python, Java, SQL
- REST API development
- Experience with:
- CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps)
- Server/VM management and DB deployment
- GitLab/GitHub, Jira configuration and administration
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like Vue or Angular
- Experience with build scripting, PowerShell, and workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n)
- Exposure to ML libraries (Python/Scikit-learn/R)
- Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau or ThoughtSpot
- Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalability
