Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain Java application within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes
- Communicate effectively with other engineers and QA
- Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed
- Identify production and non-production application issues
- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of Java developed projects
- Create AI solutions using org provided AL tools and contribute directly towards product development optimization
- Analyses and investigations
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- 6+ years of IT experience
- 6+ years of experience in Java
- Experience in working in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Experience in developing Microservices architecture-based application
- REST API development experience
- Working knowledge of Azure, Git/GitHub
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of AI Tools and frameworks
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in Angular JS, React.js and MongoDB and SQL Server/Oracle
