Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and operate production services across Azure and/or AWS (VNet/VPC, EC2/VMSS, EKS/AKS, Load Balancers, API Gateways, Storage, Databases, IAM)
  • Implement SRE practices: define SLIs/SLOs, manage error budgets, and drive Incident & Problem Management with clear post-incident reviews and action tracking
  • Own on-call rotation and major incident response; ensure incident runbooks, escalation paths, and communication templates are current
  • Create self-healing and auto-remediation workflows (e.g., via Lambda/Functions, Automation runbooks)
  • Work closely with app teams to design operable services; measure everything, automated wherever possible, and continuously raise the bar on availability and resilience
  • Champion runbook quality, documentation, and knowledge sharing; contribute to an internal Operations Playbook
  • Public Cloud CoreOps Lead with knowledge on one of the CSPs preferably Azure and having basic AI knowledge
  • Individual will focus on providing customer support on public cloud. Using AI persona to include customer responses with efficiency
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of one more Public Cloud Service Providers (Azure / AWS / GCP)
  • AI basic knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BTech, MCA, MSc Computers
  • Knowledge of Python, Terraform, React and GOLang, AI User
