Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance back-end solutions using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop and implement microservices architecture for enterprise-grade applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement application requirements
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices, high-quality standards, and maintainable code
- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in a cloud-based environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to improve system reliability and performance
- Optimize application performance and scalability by designing efficient and reusable code
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in back-end development and cloud computing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of back-end services with front-end applications, particularly React JS or Angular JS when applicable

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in back-end development using Java
- Hands-on experience working in cloud-based environments
- Expertise in conducting code reviews and implementing best coding practices and standards
- Proficient in the design and development of Spring Boot microservices
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Knowledge of database systems and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with responsive UI applications, particularly using frameworks like React JS or Angular JS
- Knowledge of any AI tools and experience with their integration into development projects
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker/Kubernetes
