About the role
As an industry leader, LifeLock protects millions of members against identity threats by offering a range of services members can enroll in. Our team plays a key role in processing large amounts of data efficiently with extremely low latency for further analysis and visualization, so that we can deliver the best experience for our members. As part of this team, you will have an opportunity to work with a highly creative and motivated team delivering best-in-class products that help protect identity and user devices from the bad guys.
What You Will Do in This Role

Work closely with product teams, architects and service delivery teams to understand product requirements and execute them.

Database programming using NoSQL (MongoDB experience preferred). Develop unit tests leveraging unit test framework such as Junit.

Follow software development methodology such as Iterative, SCRUM or Agile, continuous build and continuous integration best practices using tools such as Jenkins or Hudson.

Utilize source code control system such as git and well versed with Maven.
-
Work closely with QA teams for integration and regression testing to ensure product quality.

Work closely with service delivery team to deploy the applications in cloud in Unix/Linux environment.

Troubleshoot and participate in root cause analysis of production issues to ensure timely resolution, service availability and quality. Gather and document technical requirements and specifications.
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

Candidate must have 5 to 8 years of experience developing backend applications.

5 years of experience with Java
-
Familiarity with Spring Frameworks (preferably Spring Boot).

Hands-on experience using one of the following technologies: AWS cloud (S3, ECS, Lambda)

NoSQL (like MongoDB) experience preferred

Hands-on experience with Source code control system such as Git

Experience with testing frameworks like - Junit, Cucumber

Experience with IDE such as Eclipse, NetBeans or IntelliJ

Familiarity with methodologies such as Iterative, Agile or SCRUM and test driven development methodologies
