Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer who can design, develop & implement the enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building low-code applications using Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, Knowledge in Dataverse and leveraging Power BI for data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps) to meet business requirements
Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
Utilize Power BI to create interactive and dynamic dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for key business insights
Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance business workflows and automate processes
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL etc.) and third-party systems
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Power Platform applications to ensure high performance and reliability
Maintain and update existing applications, providing ongoing support and enhancements
Follow best practices for security, governance, and compliance standards within Power Platform solutions
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve technical skills and expertise in Power Platform technologies
Minimum Qualifications
Strong experience with Power Apps (canvas apps, model-driven apps, and power pages) development
Strong experience in Power Automate for workflow automation
Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Platform
Experience with Shell Scripting and Python
Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling
Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio for building AI powered solutions
Knowledge of Power Automate Desktop for Robotic Process Automation
Knowledge of Power BI for developing dashboards, reports, and data analytics
Ability to work with API integrations and connectors within the Power Platform ecosystem
Knowledge in implementing the Application Life cycle Management/Power Pipeline for automated deployments
Strong understanding of business processes and how to automate them efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently
Strong exception handling skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-400) are a plus
Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions) are a plus
Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or other relevant programming languages for customizations
