In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 4+yrs of hands-on development experience in developing complex, highly
• integrated, web-based applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Micro services, Spring MVC, Spring boot, Private Cloud (PCF), Azure and worked in Agile teams.
• Experience in Java script frameworks like React JS
• Knowledge working with GIT, Maven/Gradle, JIRA tools
• Hands-on experience in No-SQL Databases like MongoDB
• Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript and UI frameworks like React/Angular
• FullStack Java hands-on development using Springboot ,Microservices , Angular, JavaScript, React, SQL, HTML, CSS, React JS, CI/CD Pipeline, Java, Hibernate, Oracle RDBMS, Kafka, Spring Core, Spring Boot, HTML5, MySQL
• Experience / Knowledge in MongoDB, SQL, and query performance tuning.
• Experience/knowledge with code management and continuous integration techniques and tools such as Gradle, GitHub, Jenkins, NPM etc. is highly desirable.
• Experience/knowledge in Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure) is a plus
• Experience with Micro Front end is a plus
• Experience in Unit, Integration and Automation Frameworks
• Experience in implementing and Reviewing NFR like Performance Optimization, Scalability, Reusability.
• Experience in Agile methodology
