Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, support, and optimize nightly batch processes for Payroll, HR, Benefits, and related downstream integrations
- Design, build, monitor, and troubleshoot Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) workflows, orchestration pipelines, and middleware connections
- Support payroll operations with high accuracy and reliability, ensuring timely file transfers, process completion, and error resolution
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless end-to-end integration flows
- Utilize APIs (REST or SOAP), HCM Extracts, and file-based data loads for integration development and issue resolution
- Participate in Oracle Cloud quarterly update reviews and impact assessments
- Explore and adopt new Oracle AI and agent-based automation features to streamline business processes
- Provide functional and technical troubleshooting across Global HR, Payroll, Benefits, and OTL modules
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST or SOAP APIs
- HCM Extracts, FBL, HDL
- Middleware and integration frameworks
- Solid functional knowledge across:
- Global HR
- Payroll
- Benefits
- OTL (Time and Labor)
- Proven ability to support time-sensitive payroll and batch processes
- Proven solid analytical, debugging, and cross-functional coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle HCM AI, generative AI features, or emerging autonomous agent capabilities
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated monitoring tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with critical production timelines
