What The Role Involves?

There are different campaigns that form the ABX motion at Sprinto like Email Marketing, Linkedin Ads, SDR/BDR Outreach, Gifting, Podcasts & more. You own the campaign calendar end to end — from build to launch to optimisation. You ensure every team involved (Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Content, Design, Marketing Ops) delivers what they owe, on time, to the right standard. When something slips, you catch it first and fix it fast.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role. You will be measured on whether campaigns ship on schedule, teams stay in sync, and pipeline moves.

What Your Impact Will Look Like:

  • Campaign calendar & delivery: Build, launch, and run full-funnel ABM campaigns across email, outbound, and sales-assist channels. Own outcomes & ensure things run on strict timelines.
  • Cross-team coordination: Run standups/syncs with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Ops. Ensure every team has clarity on what they owe and by when. Escalate blockers immediately.
  • Launch readiness: QA every touchpoint. Ensure SDRs and AEs have sequences, talking points, and collateral before a campaign goes live. 
  • Testing & optimisation: Own outcomes from all campaigns & run A/B tests on copy, creatives, and cadences. Monitor performance daily and make adjustments in real time — no campaign runs on autopilot.
  • Tracking & reporting: Own dashboards in HubSpot. Report weekly on pipeline influence, engagement rate, conversion, and CAC. Derive insights and create actionables to optimize campaign performances weekly. 
  • Playbook documentation: Turn every launched campaign into a repeatable playbook — audience, channels, assets, timelines, benchmarks — so the next one ships faster.
  • How Success Is Measured

  • Campaigns ship on time: Every campaign launches on the committed date with all dependencies closed.
  • Teams stay in sync: No missed handoffs; blockers surfaced and resolved within 24 hours.
  • Pipeline moves: Measurable increase in pipeline influence and engagement-to-conversion rates.
  • Continuous optimisation: Weekly data reviews produce at least one concrete change per campaign.
  • Playbooks exist: Every campaign type documented as a reusable playbook once the campaign is successful

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS demand-gen / ABX campaign management with hands-on execution ownership of different channels (not strategy-only roles)
  • Working proficiency with HubSpot (or equivalent MAP), Salesforce, and at least one outbound/enrichment tool (Smartlead, Clearbit, Apollo, Clay)
  • Experience coordinating campaign delivery across Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams — you have held people to deadlines
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles, technical personas, and ICP-driven segmentation
  • Metrics-first mindset: you test, measure, optimise, and document
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environments where urgency is the default
