PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement end-to-end change strategies, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and resistance management
- Apply a structured methodology (e.g., ADKAR) to lead change initiatives and support individual transitions
- Partner with executives and program leaders to align change management plans with business objectives
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and readiness assessments to gauge stakeholder sentiment and adoption levels
- Design and execute targeted communication plans to build awareness and commitment across impacted groups
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and L&D to ensure a cohesive people strategy across projects
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of change interventions and adapt plans as needed
- Provide coaching and support to business leaders and managers as they lead their teams through change
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the Change Management function, tools, and capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- High emotional intelligence and empathy
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, with a focus on enterprise-wide transformation and M&A integration, preferably in technology, aerospace, or communications sectors
- 3+ years of relevant experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; certification in ADKAR is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership and managing change in complex, global environments
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence at all levels and drive results in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
- Experience in satellite, telecommunications, aerospace, or related high-tech industries preferred
