Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 10+ years
- Strong experience a Product Ownership, Technical Product Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
- Proven experience in MarTech integrations, including: REST API-based integrations, SFTP file-based integrations. Third-party system integrations
- Strong understanding of data flows, integration patterns, and data validation.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign, Insider, Kafka
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Ability to independently engage with business stakeholders and technical teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for MarTech integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate independently with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into high-level functional and technical designs.
- Drive solutioning and design discussions, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering, data, and platform teams to deliver integrations using REST APIs, SFTP, and third-party systems.
- Validate and monitor data accuracy in production environments, ensuring consistency across integrated platforms.
- Support business teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update detailed documentation in Jira and Confluence, including: Product backlog and user stories, Workflows and process flows, Technical and integration design documents
- Act as a key point of contact for MarTech integration initiatives, managing cross-team dependencies and risks.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
