The Founders' Office plays a critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of Wati. We work closely with the founders to:
- Define and execute on key strategic initiatives.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the company.
- Drive operational efficiency and improve processes.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
- Support the founders in decision-making across various crucial aspects of the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Support the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Operational Excellence:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement new processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence across the organization.
- Project Management:
- Manage and execute high-impact projects from inception to completion.
- Define project scope, timelines, and any other key parameters needed to set up the project to succeed.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., databases, internal dashboards, surveys, market research reports).
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Influence stakeholders and drive consensus on key decisions.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive projects to completion.
- A passion for learning and a desire to continuously improve.

- Experience in the SaaS industry.
