We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a Sr. Strategy & Operations Analyst.

About the Founders' Office

The Founders' Office plays a critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of Wati. We work closely with the founders to:

  • Define and execute on key strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the company.
  • Drive operational efficiency and improve processes.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
  • Support the founders in decision-making across various crucial aspects of the business.

Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Support the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis.
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and implement new processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence across the organization.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage and execute high-impact projects from inception to completion.
    • Define project scope, timelines, and any other key parameters needed to set up the project to succeed.
    • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., databases, internal dashboards, surveys, market research reports).
    • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization.
    • Influence stakeholders and drive consensus on key decisions.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. 
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive projects to completion.
  • A passion for learning and a desire to continuously improve.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
  • SQL proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Google LookerStudio.
