Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and delivery of features, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and technical strategy
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs for engineering teams
- Partner closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to drive high-quality product delivery and resolve issues quickly
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor delivery progress, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers to keep teams on track
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet customer and organizational needs
- Drive release planning, testing, deployment readiness, and adoption tracking for new features and capabilities
- Effectively navigate a matrixed organization, influencing stakeholders across engineering, business, operations, and leadership teams
- Leverage AI tools and demonstrate understanding of AI/GenAI product development and AI SDLC practices to improve products and team effectiveness
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management, product development, or technology delivery
- 5+ years of experience defining requirements, writing user stories, and managing Agile backlogs
- 3+ years of experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- 3+ years of experience using tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps for backlog management
- Experience working in healthcare
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post graduation with MBA
- Experience in healthcare, analytics, or payment integrity systems
- Experience with agile delivery
- Familiarity with cloud-based application development, APIs, and automation or microservice architectures
- Solid technical documentation and process improvement skills
- Product prioritization, road mapping of work
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technological development
- Proven good communication and collaboration skills
