Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

  • Lead development and implementation of engineering solutions across product lines or platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
  • Ensure adherence to design standards, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Transfer of Work (TOW) Execution

  • Own and manage the end-to-end TOW (Transfer of Work) process, including planning, execution, and stabilization.
  • Collaborate with global teams to identify scope, assess readiness, and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and execute detailed TOW plans including resource allocation, training, documentation, and validation.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer, tooling readiness, and process alignment between sending and receiving sites.
  • Monitor KPIs post-transfer to ensure performance, quality, and delivery targets are met.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to align technical and business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate technical reviews, governance meetings, and decision-making forums.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or School Diploma in Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, preferably in a global engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in leading Transfer of Work (TOW) initiatives or similar transitions.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
