Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Define and manage migration requirements, roadmap, and cross-team dependencies
- Delivery & Development: Collaborate with engineering to estimate, implement, and deliver features using Agile practices. Write user stories and acceptance criteria in Rally; validate Aha! requirements
- Project Management: Partner with program teams to maintain updated project plans and mitigate risks
- Backlog Management: Groom and prioritize features and technical improvements aligned with business goals
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in technical product management or 10+ years in engineering/QA/TPM roles
- 2+ years in US Healthcare domain
- Solid understanding of Agile and PDLC
- Proven track record of delivering products to go-live
- Proven excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Willingness to overlap with US teams for 5-6 hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS Connect
- Experience with UHC Lines of Business (M&R, C&S, IFP, E&I)
- Operations or advocate-facing product management experience
