Title and Summary

Senior Technical Program Manager (Communication, SDLC, Technical Program Management, SAFe, Agile, Technical Background)

*Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and manage key initiatives at the domain level. The ideal candidate will take on responsibilities of a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), ensuring Agile best practices are followed and program execution is aligned with strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery of complex programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) for Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Lead and manage key initiatives across multiple teams at the domain level.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Monitor program execution and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Agile teams and Scrum Masters.
- Track and report on program metrics, risks, and dependencies.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Proven experience managing teams and initiatives at the domain level.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and SAFe framework.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- SAFe RTE certification or equivalent (Optional).
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).
- Background in software development or technical program management.
