Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Lifecycle Management
• Manage
the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for niche, strategic, and critical IT
positions.
• Independently
drive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, offer
management, and onboarding activities.
• Partner
closely with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and business stakeholders to
understand technical hiring priorities, workforce planning requirements, and
role expectations.
• Conduct
detailed technical screening and competency-based assessments to validate
candidate suitability.
Sourcing, Headhunting & Talent Mapping
• Build
and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and difficult-to-fill technology
skill sets through proactive sourcing and talent mapping initiatives.
• Demonstrate
strong headhunting capabilities by identifying and engaging passive candidates
through targeted outreach and market research.
• Utilize
advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean search techniques, X-Ray search
methodologies, talent mapping, competitor analysis, market intelligence
research, social recruiting strategies.
• Leverage
multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Job portals, Professional
communities, Employee referrals, social media platforms, Networking events,
Candidate databases
Recruitment Technology & Modern Tools
- Hands-on
experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment
platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Smart Recruiters, or similar tools.
- Strong
experience using talent intelligence and sourcing platforms including
LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, hireEZ, AmazingHiring, Gem, Dice, Naukri
Recruiter, and Indeed Resume Search.
- Experience
leveraging AI-enabled recruitment technologies for:

Reporting & Recruitment Analytics
- Maintain
recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring reports to monitor progress
and hiring effectiveness.
- Track
and analyze key recruitment metrics including time-to-submit,
time-to-interview, time-to-offer, offer acceptance, offer-to-join ratio,
source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and candidate drop-off rates.
- Stay
informed on evolving technology trends, talent market conditions,
compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability to support hiring
strategies and decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+
years of experience in IT recruitment with strong exposure to niche technology
hiring.
• Mandatory
experience working within startup environments, technology consulting firms, or
high-growth organizations.
• Proven
track record recruiting under fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.
• Strong
experience as an Individual Contributor (IC) with the ability to independently
manage hiring deliverables.
• Demonstrated
success achieving strong offer closure and joining ratios.
• Strong
understanding of modern technology stacks and IT terminology.
• Expertise
in Boolean search, X-Ray sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping
techniques.
• Strong
experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Zoho Recruit or
equivalent platforms.
• Excellent
communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills.
• Ability
to manage multiple concurrent requirements with speed, quality, and accuracy.
• Strong
ownership mindset, accountability, and execution focus.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior
experience within product organizations, technology startups, GCCs, IT services
companies, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience
recruiting globally across multiple geographies.
• Exposure
to AI-enabled recruiting technologies and automation platforms.
• Certifications
in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategy, or HR Analytics are an added
