As a Senior Technical Recruiter in Acqueon you will need….

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offer extensions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify top candidates.
  • Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring efficiency for hiring managers and employees.
  • Build and implement key recruitment metrics for all tech hiring efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent partners.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on hiring progress, challenges, and insights.
  • Consult and collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans.
  • Proactively source, screen, and engage both passive and active candidates.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidates’ knowledge, experience, motivation, and overall fit.
  • Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter in Acqueon you will….

  • 9+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, hiring strategies, and talent acquisition trends.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and HR software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to source and attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data and refine hiring processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple recruitment projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
