Manage the brokerage platform lifecycle from onboarding to execution and settlement. Collaborate with teams, drive enhancements, and ensure system performance.
We are looking for an experienced Brokerage Platform Specialist to join a high-performance trading technology team, supporting front-to-back brokerage systems across regional and global markets.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Trading/Brokerage platforms.
- Proven exposure to products such as Quod Financial, Horizon, FIS, DirectFN, TCS BaNCS.
- Strong understanding of front-to-back brokerage system architecture.
- Expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and FIX protocol.
- Deep knowledge of market connectivity with exchanges like DFM, ADX, Tadawul.
- Solid grasp of institutional equities workflows, including algorithmic trading, high-touch, and low-touch order flows.
- Agile delivery experience with tools like JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful services.
- Familiarity with Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture.
- Experience in Java, C++, Node & React Js
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of the brokerage platform from onboarding to execution and settlement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with trading, risk, and compliance systems.
- Drive enhancements in market connectivity, ensuring low-latency and high-reliability links to regional exchanges.
- Lead platform upgrades, vendor coordination, and regulatory alignment.
- Champion agile practices and contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and resilience.
