Design intuitive software and platform experiences through user research, personas, flows, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders; contribute to scalable design systems; address usability, accessibility, navigation, and findability challenges. Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping while communicating design rationale and delivering cohesive product experiences.
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer who will design our software and platforms to help meet our customers' needs. The candidate will be responsible for making the product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers, by combining interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.
A successful candidate should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. We also expect the person to have a strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze product requirements and translate them into intuitive experiences that meet both business objectives and user expectations
- Conduct user research and develop user personas to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Define and create effective user flows, interaction models, and information architectures, and evaluate their effectiveness
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on user and business requirements
- Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows for ideation, wireframing, prototyping, design exploration, and iteration to improve design efficiency and accelerate the product design process
- Plan and conduct concept validation, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve the user experience
- Identify and solve UX challenges such as usability, navigation, accessibility, and findability through thoughtful and creative solutions
- Collaborate closely with UI designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive product experiences
- Communicate design concepts, prototypes, and design rationale effectively to stakeholders and development teams
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, UX standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across products
Technical Qualifications:
- Experience as a UX Designer, UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Experience and strong knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, usability, and responsive design principles
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent, with experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools and workflows, with the ability to leverage AI for ideation, wireframing, prototyping, research, and design exploration
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary

- Ability to work independently with confidence and responsibility
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English to explain technical project details
Education and Work Experience:
- The candidate should have over 5+ years of working experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Education Background in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or other related area is preferred
