InnovationTeam is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Mobile UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our mobile user experiences across various applications while leading design initiatives and mentoring junior designers.
As a Senior Mobile UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric design solutions that improve the usability, accessibility, and pleasure of interaction for our mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging and visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of innovative mobile UI/UX solutions for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses.
- Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Create and maintain a design system to ensure design consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to define user requirements and overall mobile strategy.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and growth.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually refine and iterate on design processes.
- Present your design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, articulating your ideas effectively within a larger context.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your past work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and other prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of mobile design principles, performance considerations, and platform-specific guidelines (iOS and Android).
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing with the ability to apply insights to design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Experience in the Arabic and Saudi market.
