Lead end-to-end UX design for web and mobile products: conduct research and usability testing, create flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, define design systems and UX standards, collaborate with product and engineering, mentor junior designers, and iterate based on feedback and accessibility considerations.
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can lead user experience design across digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong user-centered design thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end UX design across web and mobile applications, from research to final delivery
- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
- Drive UX strategy and advocate for user-centered design across teams
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders
- Define and maintain design systems, UX standards, and best practices
- Mentor junior UX designers and provide design guidance and reviews
- Present design concepts, rationale, and trade‑offs clearly to stakeholders
- Incorporate accessibility, usability, and performance considerations into designs
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights
- 6+ years of experience in UX / Product / Interaction Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX design work and impact
- Expertise in UX processes: user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- Solid understanding of human-centered design principles and usability heuristics
- Experience designing complex, data‑heavy or enterprise applications is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working with global or cross‑functional teams
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Prior experience in fintech platforms.
