The Role You'll Play
As a Senior UX Researcher focused on Payments and International Experiences, you’ll shape the way Mindbody builds products for wellness businesses around the globe. You’ll lead strategic research that uncovers user needs, aligns cross-functional teams, and drives product decisions that are both innovative and inclusive. This is a high-impact role where you’ll balance deep discovery with agile iteration, all while helping grow a culture of curiosity and insight across product, design, and engineering.
- Own and shape the research roadmap for payments and international experiences, aligning with product and design leads across India and global teams
- Translate ambiguity into clarity by leading foundational, generative, and evaluative research that informs roadmap priorities and user-centered strategies
- Partner deeply with cross-functional stakeholders to embed research into every phase of the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch
- Bring research insights to life with compelling storytelling, data synthesis, and clear recommendations that influence teams and leaders
- Facilitate workshops and sprints that integrate user insights into product thinking and spark collaborative decision-making
- Mentor teammates and empower others to conduct effective research within a defined scope, helping scale the impact of the research function
- Use a mixed methods toolkit—from in-depth interviews to usability testing to survey design—with flexibility and precision
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and focus your time on high-value, strategic research

Experience You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX researcher working across complex digital products; strong proficiency in mixed methods is essential
- Demonstrated expertise designing and executing research using tools like Dovetail, Zoom, Alchemer, SQL, or Python—and a willingness to adapt and learn new platforms
- Confident presenting to a range of audiences, from cross-functional teams to senior leaders, tailoring messaging to maximize clarity and impact
- Experience working in payments, compliance, international product development, or other regulated industries is a plus
- Adept at synthesizing insights from diverse data sources to create strategic clarity and influence product roadmaps
- Skilled in mentoring and enabling others in research practices, contributing to team growth and excellence
- Excited by complexity and driven to advocate for user needs in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Deep understanding of product thinking and how research shapes outcomes—not just experiences
