Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution & Problem Solving
System Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain
efficient, reusable, and reliable VC++ and C++ code for the Product
ecosystem.
Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose complex system bottlenecks,
memory leaks, and performance issues independently, delivering
robust fixes without supervision.
Code Optimization: Maintain high code quality, organization, and
automation while optimizing application performance.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Strategic Communication: Serve as the technical point of contact

Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills
• 4 to 5 years of professional software development
experience explicitly focused on VC++ and C++.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
(OOP) concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Visual Studio
development environment, MFC, and Win32 API.
• Proficiency in memory management, multi-threading, and
performance tuning.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL) and version control
tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
