Lead the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies, manage demand generation, optimize marketing funnels, and collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic B2B Marketing Lead to drive our marketing initiatives and support revenue growth. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, strengthen brand positioning, and support sales efforts.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of leading demand generation programs, managing multi-channel campaigns, and aligning closely with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Own demand generation initiatives across digital channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, email, content marketing, etc.)
- Drive lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion strategies in collaboration with Sales
- Manage and optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys
- Oversee content strategy including case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership, and website content
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Lead product marketing initiatives including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Identify new growth opportunities within target industries and markets
- Implement and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise accounts
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps aligned to revenue goals
- Establish clear attribution models and executive dashboards to measure marketing impact
- Lead and mentor internal marketing team members and manage external agencies
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2+ years in leadership or lead capacity
- Proven experience in demand generation and pipeline development
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Experience working closely with sales teams to drive revenue impact
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building executive-level reporting dashboards and presenting insights to leadership
- Experience in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise solutions is a plus
