Location: Remote (Eastern Europe, Caucasus & Surrounding Region)

Industry: iGaming

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We’re looking for an SEO Manager (Individual Contributor) who can take full ownership of SEO projects — from audit to implementation — without directly managing a team. You’ll coordinate with content, dev, and off-page teams, create clear tasks for them, and make sure things get shipped. This role is for someone who’s comfortable in competitive niches and knows how to turn SEO opportunities into traffic and rankings.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Ownership

  • Own SEO performance for assigned iGaming sites/sections.
  • Build and maintain SEO roadmaps (what we fix, what we publish, what we build links to).
  • Translate SEO needs into tasks for content writers, developers, and link builders.

On-Page & Content SEO

  • Do keyword research and map keywords to pages.
  • Create optimization guidelines (titles, metas, headers, internal links, schema).
  • Brief content teams on money pages, reviews, casino/sports pages, and supporting blog content.
  • Check that content matches intent and iGaming compliance.

Technical SEO

  • Run regular technical audits (crawl, indexation, duplication, canonicals, site speed).
  • Prepare precise implementation tickets for developers (no guesswork).
  • Monitor GSC for coverage, soft 404s, and ranking drops.

Collaboration with Off-Page

  • Share priority pages and anchor plans with the link-building team.
  • Review link opportunities for relevance and risk in iGaming.
  • Track impact of links on target URLs.

Reporting

  • Track and report on rankings, organic traffic, and page-level performance.
  • Spot drops, run cause analysis, and propose fixes.
  • Stay updated on Google updates affecting iGaming/affiliates.

Requirements
  • 3–4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (on-page + technical).
  • Experience in competitive niches (iGaming, betting, affiliates, finance) is a big plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog.
  • Able to write clear briefs for writers and clear tickets for developers.
  • Comfortable prioritizing by business impact.
  • Strong written English.
Nice to Have
  • Understanding of affiliate-style pages (reviews, comparisons, bonuses).
  • Basic CRO/UX awareness for money pages.
  • Familiarity with digital PR / link acquisition processes (even if you don’t lead them).

BenefitsWhat We Offer
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to SEO KPIs.
  • Flexible remote setup.
  • Work on high-authority iGaming brands.
  • Tools and budget to execute.
  • Growth opportunities as the SEO function scales.

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
