As an SEO Manager/Specialist, you'll drive Hevo's organic growth strategy, focusing on SEO, AIO, and GEO for pipeline creation and revenue generation.
About Hevo:
Hevo is a simple, no-code data pipeline platform that helps companies unify and prepare their data for analytics and AI – effortlessly.
All AI advancements begin with one critical foundation: clean, unified, and accessible data. Hevo enables 2,500+ data-driven companies – including DoorDash, Shopify, Postman, Cox Auto, Neo4J, Arhaus, and Groww – to get their data AI-ready by automating complex integration and transformation tasks across hundreds of sources.
By removing engineering bottlenecks, Hevo allows teams to focus on what truly matters – generating insights, building intelligent products, and making faster, smarter decisions.
What you’ll own as an SEO Manager/Specialist at Hevo:
If you aspire to build pipeline-obsessed organic growth in the age of AI search, generative engines, and zero-click experiences, this role is for you.
You will own how Hevo shows up across traditional search, AI-powered discovery (AIO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)—with a sharp focus on revenue, not just rankings.
You’ll work closely with Content, Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and RevOps to turn organic visibility into predictable pipeline.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the custodian of organic growth at Hevo across SEO, AIO, and GEO
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy: technical, on-page, content, and authority building for a B2B SaaS audience
- Build and execute SEO programs focused on demand capture, pipeline creation, and ARR influence
- Optimize Hevo’s presence across AI-powered search experiences (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.)
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to create search-led narratives across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU
- Drive high-intent keyword and page strategies for use cases, integrations, competitors, and jobs-to-be-done
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical SEO, site performance, and crawlability at scale
- Build SEO dashboards that connect rankings → traffic → leads → pipeline → revenue
- Continuously experiment with new formats, schema, AI-assisted content workflows, and search behaviors
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on how organic growth evolves in an AI-first world
What you’ll need to bring to the table:
- 5–7 years of SEO experience in B2B SaaS or high-consideration technology products
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue from organic channels (not just traffic growth)
- Strong understanding of modern SEO, including AIO, GEO, and zero-click search dynamics
- Hands-on experience with tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and AI-powered SEO tools
- Ability to translate complex technical products into search-friendly, intent-led content strategies
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Content, Product, Sales, and RevOps
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical thinking paired with sharp execution and prioritization

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene
To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
