About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as a Service Delivery Flow Operation Lead within Service delivery team in SDU SL Core Network, responsible for delivering SI Deployment Solutions around Ericsson products across the Core Network portfolio. The team shall have capability to design, deploy, integrate & test Ericsson CN solutions in Telco customer network. The team shall strive for delivery excellence by adopting a delta mindset in reduction of Solution Deployment Timelines and enabling predictability and continuous efficiency in SI lifecycle. We seek a strong member to join the E2E Multi-Domain Core Network delivery PMO, help drive the DSF operations across a cluster of CUs in each MA as Head of SOU SL CN PMO - Solution Domain 1 Deployment
What will you do:
Building up one centralized real-time based PMO Governance Dashboard to keep a centralized view of every project health and create traceability across all CN projects.
Building CU Wise attack Plan to increase/penetrate Digital Service Flow adoption across CN Deployment Projects & Tracking it to execute/monitor to achieve annual targets
Lead the preparation of Project Credential Case Studies across our major delivery outcomes for all Key Customers - Swap, Expansion, Greenfield Deployments, LCMs
Effective communication and collaboration with 1. Business stakeholders 2. Product Line 3. Delivery SPOCs to bring-up a joint solution delivery team for the customer projects
Facilitate DSF Specific weekly governances and help with data preparation of DSF.
Prepare formal DSF2.0 project closure readiness reports, asset reuse and validation reports
Document Project Onboarding Flows and SSP Interworking flows (once matured) for future reference asset cookbooks.
Ensure compliance with customer SLAs and quality standards.
The skills you bring:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/lCT or Master's degree in Business Administration.
Strong competence of understanding and using functionalities of tools like JIRA, Power BI dashboards.
Proven track record of leading & driving teams/programs responsible for delivering e2e solutions in telco networks.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Master Practices, Capacity and Resource Management
Open-mind and good at collaboration between different stakeholders with strong communication and coordination skills.
Growth Mindset with strategic thinking.
Good experience and understanding for SI business is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
