An
entry-level role for high-aptitude graduates who will be trained on ServiceNow
through the structured Train → Lab → Shadow → Project model and grow into
billable platform developers/administrators.

Bachelor's/Master's in CS, IT or related (BE /
B.Tech / MCA / BCA / B.Sc CS); consistent academic record
Programming logic
Sound problem-solving and logical reasoning;
understanding of core programming concepts
JavaScript
Fundamentals of JavaScript — the primary scripting
language of ServiceNow
Web basics
HTML / CSS awareness, client–server model, HTTP;
familiarity with JSON / XML
Database basics
SQL Relational concepts — tables, fields,
relationships, simple queries
Communication
Clear written and spoken English; comfortable in
client-facing settings
Learning agility
Self-driven; able to self-learn on a PDI (ServiceNow
Personal Development Instance) and follow a certification path;
detail-oriented
Good-to-have
• ITIL
4 awareness; any prior scripting exposure (Java/Python/SQL); a self-created PDI
or started CSA path; shift flexibility.
Responsibilities
• During training: Complete Now Learning modules, PDI build assignments and
assessments; attempt CSA (Certified System Administration) within the defined
window.
• Post-training: Deliver configuration/development tasks under supervision, following update-set
and code-review discipline; grow toward owning a module.
