Job Description: ServiceNow Developer

OverviewWe are looking for a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and integrations, as well as providing technical support and guidance to customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- 3+ Years of experience and Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and other modules.
- Experience in Flow design, ACL’s, Script Includes, UI policies, Client scripts, Business rules, Server-side scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics and reporting in ServiceNow.
- Experience in developing Custom Applications.
- Knowledge in building AI agents using Agentic AI.
- Implementation of new functionalities in ServiceNow using OOTB best practices.
- Automation of the existing process to reduce manual efforts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and scripts using best practices and standards.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions and ensure quality and performance.
- Deploy and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations in various environments using update sets, migration tools, and version control.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues and incidents and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and end users throughout the project lifecycle and ensure effective communication and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, preferably in a consulting role.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
- Proficient in ServiceNow platform, modules, and tools, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, Discovery, Orchestration, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, etc.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, etc.
- Experience in working with relational databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
- Experience in working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work on client sites as required.
