The ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to implement and enhance ServiceNow SPM solutions, manage requirements, test solutions, and train users.
Müller's Solutions is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on the strategic portfolio management (SPM) aspect within ServiceNow, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and enhancement of SPM solutions that align with business objectives. You will serve as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating the successful delivery of ServiceNow SPM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to ServiceNow SPM modules.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and workflows within ServiceNow SPM.
- Work closely with development and configuration teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate solutions and gather feedback.
- Assist in testing activities including the development of test cases, conducting UAT, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow SPM functionalities and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements related to portfolio and project management processes.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, especially the Strategic Portfolio Management module.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional designs.
- Understanding of project and portfolio management concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL practices is a plus.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
