Müller's Solutions is actively seeking a skilled ServiceNow SPM Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by leveraging your expertise in the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module. You will partner with clients to gather requirements, configure the platform, and ensure that portfolio management processes are optimized to deliver strategic value.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with clients to collect and analyze business requirements related to portfolio management.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow SPM module to align with client objectives and best practices.
- Document functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding and adoption of ServiceNow SPM.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation of SPM solutions.
- Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing, and provide go-live support.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and trends within ServiceNow SPM to continuously improve client solutions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, specifically with the SPM module.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical ServiceNow configurations.
- Experience in conducting workshops, trainings, and providing end-user support.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications related to SPM or ITBM are advantageous.
