Müller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Project Manager to lead and oversee ServiceNow SPM implementations and projects. As a key member of our team, you will manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow SPM solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Promote continuous improvement and adoption of ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow SPM projects or related IT portfolio/project management implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and Strategic Portfolio Management modules.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications relevant to SPM are an advantage.
