Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product details pages (PDPs) across multiple ecommerce websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance of product information.
- Collaborate with product management teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to product catalogs, including new product launches, price changes, and inventory availability.
- Utilize the integrated PIM/DAM system to efficiently manage and organize digital assets, including images, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Work closely with marketing teams to coordinate the publication of promotional content, campaigns, and seasonal updates on ecommerce websites.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve discoverability and visibility of products.
- Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for content optimization and improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and training to regional content contributors, ensuring consistency and quality of content across all websites.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in ecommerce content management, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance the digital experience for our customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management or a related field, preferably within the ecommerce or retail industry.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and experience with PIM/DAM systems is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital content creation and storytelling.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
