Stakeholder & Technical Liaison: Work closely with development teams and architects to solve business problems. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
Business Analysis: Analyze complex business requirements, perform gap analysis, and conduct root cause analysis. Develop business case documents, process diagrams, and use cases.
Agile Project Management: Drive Agile ceremonies, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria, leading backlog grooming sessions, and facilitating sprint demos.
Integration Management: Manage and optimize the integrations between SFDC and other key marketing and sales platforms, such as Salesforce CRM, webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Goldcast), ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Terminus), and data enrichment services (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha).
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate and lead all phases of user testing, including planning, execution, and sign-off, to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and implement marketing automation workflows and processes to improve lead management, campaign execution, and reporting.
Data Governance & Compliance: Maintain the health and integrity of the marketing database, overseeing data hygiene and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Ensure all processes adhere to SOX, business controls, and IT general controls.
Relationship Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors, handling day-to-day interactions and escalations to ensure alignment and project success.

Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, business analysis, or a similar role, with a strong focus on managing marketing automation platforms.
Salesforce Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce is required.
Marketing Tech Stack Knowledge: Proven experience working with a modern B2B marketing tech stack. Familiarity with tools in categories such as:
CRM: Salesforce
ABM/Intent: 6sense, Terminus, or similar
Data Enrichment: ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clearbit
Webinar/Events: Zoom, Goldcast, Swoogo, or similar
Social/Chat: Sprout Social, Qualified, or similar
Marketing Automation: Marketo

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies.
