- Manage middle and short-term supply requirements for raw materials based on demand and through close interaction with leadership team.
- Lead a team of asset planners to order raw materials and track inbound shipments.
- Manage and keep optimize inventory levels in the region.
- Provides input to the procurement team to support surety of supply for raw materials based on middle and short demand.
- Lead asset planners’ team to issue production schedules for all assets and tollers in region to meet business demand.
- Lead demand and inventory plan based on system signals.
- Works with the asset planners and SIOP COE to optimize the advanced scheduling program (MIMI, Hybrid, Tableau, LTP, etc., ……)
- Continuously improves schedule and optimizes planning performance meet higher inventory efficiencies and service levels.
- Coordinates Tolling requirements and production planning.
- Lead DRP scheduling internal input requirements from other regions. Ensure execution of Supply requirements for other regions.
- Inventory Management to make efficiency inventory level.
- Identify any changes on quality of inventory and put proactive liquidation plans on (COPQ)
- Working with PM to identify stocking strategy for WIP and propose for FG.
- Identify and execute programs to improve inventory efficiency (e.g. reduce Excess /slow-moving/obsolete inventory)
- Lead monthly S&OP Process
- Analyze and come up with action plans to improve all Service matrix like OTIF, POTIF, SOTIF, TOTIF, VOTIF, RICO performance.
- Work closely with Demand Planner Analyst (DPA) to develop a constrained demand plan for the region.
- Manage short-term capacity and asset utilization for the region to identify critical supply issues, coordinate resolution of middle and short-term capacity and unmet demand.
- Manage an annual production and inventory plan based on business demand while delivering continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, engineering, management, operations or supply chain
- Strong analytical, decision and strategic thinking skills with an attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization globally.
- Highly motivated and energetic with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated project management and/or time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in a supply chain role and team handling experience in a Global Environment.
- Experience / working knowledge of silicones or chemical operations
- Working knowledge of SAP, Demand Planning tool and advanced scheduling software (MIMI)
- Strong SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations planning) Acumen.
- Functional knowledge of Logistics & Customer Service with primary focus on MRP planning & Inventory Management.
