Your role:

Job Responsibilities:
•Performs daily operational Site Planning activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all design and documentation related to the installation and integration of Philips Healthcare systems across hospital sites worldwide.
•Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
•Creates optimal room and departmental layouts integrating Philips medical equipment and develops detailed Site Preparation Specifications to guarantee compliance with technical, workflow, and safety requirements.
•Ensures that all deliverables - drawings, layouts, and specifications - support the optimal installation, usage, and maintenance of equipment, in alignment with Philips design standards and hospital infrastructure constraints.
•Provides technical support to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries from the field related to design drawings, site preparation requirements, and installation dependencies.
•Monitors and tracks project progress through established systems and dashboards, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards, while escalating risks or deviations to the Site Planning Manager when needed.
•Maintains accurate and organized project documentation, records, and version control within internal systems and repositories, ensuring accessibility, traceability, and compliance with Philips standards.
•Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including local Site Planning teams, Installation, and Customer Project Management, BUs—to ensure seamless communication and efficient coordination throughout all project stages.
•Contributes to the continuous improvement of processes, standards, tools, and templates, promoting harmonization and efficiency
•Gathers and analyzes information to determine the most suitable approach to each assignment, adapting known solutions based on practical experience, available data, and situational analysis.
•Operates mostly autonomously within established procedures, methods, and techniques, though these may not always provide complete guidance for complex or unique cases.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum required Experience:
2 Years experience on doing drawing of Building services such as MEP & architectural drawings.

Minimum required Certification:
English B2
Autocad

Revit is a Plus
Microsoft 360
Preferred Skills:
