Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sitecore Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level digital experience platforms using Sitecore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern Sitecore architecture, including Helix, SXA, and the latest Sitecore XP/XM versions, along with solid .NET development skills. Experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and front-end technologies will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Sitecore XP/XM.
Develop scalable and reusable components following Sitecore Helix architecture principles.
Build and customize websites using Sitecore SXA.
Develop custom Sitecore components, renderings, templates, workflows, and pipelines.
Manage Sitecore Content Management (CM) and Content Delivery (CD) environments.
Implement Sitecore Personalization, Marketing Automation, and xDB features.
Integrate Sitecore with external applications and third-party systems through REST APIs.
Configure and optimize Solr Search for Sitecore implementations.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Follow coding standards, best practices, and Agile development methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Sitecore development.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Sitecore CMS (XP/XM)
Sitecore Content Management & Content Delivery
Sitecore Helix Architecture
Sitecore SXA (Site Experience Accelerator)
Sitecore Personalization & Marketing features
Sitecore Solr Search
Sitecore Experience Database (xDB)
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
Experience in Sitecore Content Management and customization.
Strong knowledge of Solr Search and SQL Server.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.
Good understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
