Job Summary
This SkillBridge Internship is an opportunity for transitioning service members to gain hands-on experience within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at Black Rifle Coffee Company. The FP&A team provides critical financial insights and support across all business functions and channels. The intern will assist with daily reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and strategic finance projects while developing a well-rounded understanding of corporate finance in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.Job Details
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating, updating, and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and operational trackers.
Prepare and support month-end general ledger account reconciliations.
Help compile financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and performance variance analysis.
Support the FP&A team in cross-functional financial projects and process improvement initiatives.
Respond to ad hoc analysis requests and assist in other duties as assigned.
Must be transitioning service member out of the US Military and be eligible for the SkillBridge program to be considered. All other applicants will be denied.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas).
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment.
Coursework or degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) or financial reporting tools is a plus but not required.
Military experience in finance, supply/logistics, or administrative roles is valued but not mandatory.
