The Role:

As Social Media Manager, you will be central to strengthening GenesisCare’s brand through strategic, creative, and data-led social media activity. You’ll develop and deliver content strategies that amplify our key messages and showcase the exceptional care we provide across our network of state-of-the-art centres.

Bringing proven experience in social media management, you'll combine creativity with technical expertise and a deep understanding of digital trends. From content planning and campaign delivery to analytics and optimisation, you’ll take ownership of our online voice and presence.

This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with teams across the organisation. Primarily remote, the position offers flexibility with occasional travel for team meetings and external events. It’s a unique opportunity to make a real impact while advancing your career in a purpose-led organisation.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and deliver data-driven social media strategies aligned with GenesisCare’s brand and business goals.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across key platforms to support campaigns and service launches.
  • Manage day-to-day platform activity, ensuring best practice and consistent audience growth.
  • Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers, influencers, and relevant partners.
  • Track performance using analytics tools and optimise content based on insights.
  • Support internal teams with social media training and content collaboration to amplify brand reach.

What You'll Have:

Experience and skills:

  • Marked experience in managing social media within a brand, ideally at a senior level
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-performing strategies and campaigns. 
  • Deep and thorough knowledge of social platforms and their unique content formats, best practices and audience dynamics.
  • Knowledge of both organic and paid options on all platforms including ad creation and audience targeting.
  • Fluent in English with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills and the ability to craft compelling content that drives engagement.
  • Visual design capabilities with the ability to create graphics for posts and stories using tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics is essential and knowledge of Reputation Social Platform would be advantageous.
  • Experience in healthcare would be helpful, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • A Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, communications or related field  
  • Relevant qualifications in digital or social media are essential
