Social Media / Recruitment Marketing Executive - Kharghar

Supports recruitment marketing campaigns, job postings, employer branding, social media growth, candidate communications, and content creation. Responsibilities include creating job descriptions and social posts, managing online reviews and followers, planning seasonal content, monitoring campaign performance, responding to candidate inquiries, and collaborating with recruiters. The role requires strong communication, creativity, basic digital marketing knowledge, organization, and willingness to learn.
This is a remote position.
Job Description :
- Assist in the creation and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Manage job postings across various job boards, social media platforms, and career websites.
- Help manage Reviews on Google My Business pages and generate Linkedin followers.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to engage potential candidates.
- Utilize basic Canva skills for content creation.
- Help plan creative content for upcoming special occasions 2-3 months in advance.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the accurate representation of client job openings.
- Design and write engaging content for job descriptions, social media posts, newsletters, and other recruitment-related materials.
- Monitor and track the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates through email marketing, social media, and other channels.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment marketing trends and best practices.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, including creating content that highlights company culture and values.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Skills :
- A recent undergraduate /graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to create compelling content.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and marketing.
- Familiarity with recruitment software (Applicant Tracking Systems, Job Boards) is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
