Position Overview:
Are you passionate about social media and digital marketing? Astreda IT Solutions is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online traffic. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and enhance brand awareness.
- Create engaging digital content including collaterals, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies for campaign optimization.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and Google Business Profile.
- Communicate with social media followers, respond to queries, and improve customer engagement.
- Develop and manage social influencer programs, attend social influencer events.
- Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate social media presence and performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts and make recommendations for strategy optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
- Multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Location: Ettumanoor - Kottayam (Kerala)
