The Platform and AI Services team is a tightly integrated team building and innovating around the foundational services, components and frameworks which are critical for building the SaaS Revenue Lifecycle management platform powered by AI. We are a group of people who are driven to solve interesting problems at scale. We architect, build, run, and support all the internal system and services that run Revenue lifecycle management cloud at a massive scale. We are looking for an AI Architect who would help us build the AI capabilities for the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Platform and serve the needs of the customers and at the same time grow his/her skillsets. This individual will help build and support high scale production code in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

This role is critical for us to help build the AI Capabilities for the Conga Revenue lifecycle Platform services that achieves the criticality of business.
This talented AI Architect with his or her expertise in engineering and AI will contribute heavily to the architecture, and building of important core AI services for the Revenue Lifecycle Platform. We want to hire unbelievably bright Architect, who is a joy to work with, love to work with others, solve problems, listen well, and lead as appropriate. We believe in using the best tools for the task at hand so the ability and desire to learn new technologies and frameworks is a must. Are you the person we’re looking for?
Education. Successful completion of a Bachelor of Computer Science, or an equivalent Engineering degree is required. MS or PhD will be a plus.
Take ownership. To architect, build and scale the AI platform for Revenue Intelligence.
Responsibilities. Managing the AI platform technical Architecture, taking the ownership of building the AI Platform with balancing scale, performance, security and cost parameters, performing R&D in the area of AI and ML.
Participate. In an agile team lifecycle, including design, development, testing, planning, backlog grooming and support.
Work with. Product owners and other AI/ML Engineers to understand detailed requirements and own the code from design, development to test automation.
Perform. As a trusted contributor demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines, exceed goals, and create benchmarks for success, you will require little to no supervision.
Development. Demonstrated success executing development work within an Agile. Environment.
Here’s what will give you an edge…
Experience. Expertise in Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, Large Scale Distributed Systems, Cloud Computing etc.
- Total experience: 10+ years
- The ideal candidate should have shown proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, particularly deep learning methods, Machine Learning and/or Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI.
- The candidate must have proficiency in programming conventional machine learning algorithms and knowledge of algorithm creation and utilization.
- Proficiency in Python programming Desired familiarity with handling extensive data sets and distributed computing with Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in working with databases preferably with Vector databases and implementation of RAG
- Knowledge of SAAS, Cloud Technologies and ML-Ops process
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re comfortable initiating and engaging in collaborative discussions. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak, you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills help to build trust and foster connection with our clients. They also ensure you collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.
Time. Willingness to understand you will be working with a global team. This means you know you not necessarily be working “9 to 5” but be willing take a call either early in the morning or late in the evening to accommodate your global team members.
Solve problems. You are self-driven and enjoy solving complex problems that are not necessarily in your area of responsibility. Able to see the big picture.
