We are looking for a Software Dev Engr who will:
- You will report to Manager Software Development, to contribute to designing, analyzing, writing code, modifying and debugging CSG product applications
- You will use industry best practices and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and DevOps practices
- You will participate in code reviews, resolving production tickets, troubleshooting, or other forms of team quality procedures
- You will implement custom components on top of CSG's Enterprise systems including integrations with third-party systems at web services (MVC, WCF)
- You will be involved in Development activities building Web Applications, Desktop Applications and Web Services
- You will help with Release Management, Configuration Management, Build Management, Stream Management, and Ticket Management
- You will coordinate and communicate with project team leaders and members
- You will work with client support and implementation consultants to resolve application issues
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
- 3-5 years previous development experience in .NET development using Visual Studio, with a focus on .NET Core, .NET Services (WCF, WebAPI)
- Experience in Unit testing
- Experience with software development with a desire for continuous improvement
- Constant desire to improve processes, people, and products
- Experience troubleshooting software issues
- IT knowledge in software development methodologies/processes, design, implementation, testing, and documentation
- Experience in SCRUM, Agile, and Lean Practices
- 2-3 years minimum experience in .NET framework technologies2-3
- years minimum experience in SQL or other DB technologies
- 2-3 years experience using source controls (Github, SVN, ADO)
- Experience with continuous integration and release management
- Experience with debugging, identifying discovered issues with code, processing, data, or environment
- Experience in Jenkins, Rundeck, AWS
